Broccoli cheese, soup, phenomenal, had the deluxe grilled cheese oh my gosh and you customize it. It's even better.

Ordered from the Panera app tonight & sent my son (since I'm under the weather & my sore throat could only handle soup). He got all the way home before we realized it was the wrong order (he didn't want to open bag & let food get cold). He went back to Panera...but they had just closed & were not answering phones. He got an employee's attention... and they actually opened the door, fixed the order & made it right, and even sent him home with an extra cookie. It's nice that some companies still do the right thing for customer service! Will definitely be ordering again.

Stopped into Panera for lunch the other day. It was wonderful as always. I think that for a chain, they really do a great job at delivering good food every time

I haven't been at Panera in FOREVER and was pleasantly surprised: they have a completely revamped menu with a lot of healthier options. Competition at DTC is pretty tough with so many different restaurants but it was pretty busy during a lunch hour. Everyone was super friendly and helped me to decide what to get. Great selection of salads and bowls. I decided to go with a vegetarian quinoa one. It was ok, nothing too special about it but it wasn't bad. I probably won't go back but it's a good place for a quick and simple meal!
